For most of the colleges in our land, this sign should be posted clearly for all to see:

Uniformity is Diversity

Favoritism is Equality

Bigotry is Tolerance

That is because if you believe in quotas (favoritism), religion isn't to be discussed (bigotry), and everybody should agree on social structure from marriage to welfare (uniformity), the you are an idiot and need not apply.
